When Bo Monsanto, a boy from Oosterwijk (The Netherlands) was about 4, his paternal grandmother Esseline was very ill. Bo told his mother Mrs. Toinette Loeffen: "Once when I was small, mum, I also died. Then I also went to heaven and then I came to daddy and you."
